Attached is an analysis of the Niello pension initiative completed by the Legislative Analyst's Office (LAO) with the assistance of the Department of Finance. This analysis has been prepared for the Attorney General to assist the AG in preparing the Title and Summary. Basically, the analysis exposes the flaws in this initiative.
