Maybe when the penalties for assaulting or killing a LEO are enforced, with no bail, and automatic imprisonment or death. As a LEO mom I know firsthand the horror of getting that phone call, and my prayers go out to this officer and his family and his department. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™

Thank you Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco for your leadership and for speaking up. ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿš” See MoreSee Less

This is the sort of realistic leadership that I wish would be applied more often in these trying times. Thanks for standing up! Back the Blue๐Ÿ’™

My Respect..Well said Sheriff Biacno.
He, the Governor failed to realize that his Directives is not a Law and therefore Arresting any one is in violation of their Constitutional Rights. To all..Stay Safe..๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ–ค

All Sheriffs who are taking this stand are very much appreciated. Thank you for your service and this wonderful speech. Have happy holidays as well.

So proud of you taking a stand for the people! Keep up the great work! Thank all of you for your Service. Prayers continue for your Safety!

Thank you Sheriff Chad Bianco, God Bless you and your entire staff!

God Bless you for speaking up and not bowing down to someone who thinks it’s ok for them and not anyone else attitude, must be his position that got him that. Again bless you for standing up for your community. ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜‡

Pulling no punches. Good job, Sheriff. Even the WHO issued a statement that lockdowns are dangerous, but I guess Newsom is following his own “science.”

Yes!!! Well said! We love our law enforcement!

๐Ÿ’™… thank you all for your dedicated service to our communities across CA

YES. Thank you for speaking out Sheriff Bianco and thank you PCS for sharing his message!

Kudos to you Sheriff. Thank you for standing up for the people you serve and protect!!!

Way to go Sheriff, you ae doing a great job, love the speech.

Very proud he speaks his mind. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ’™

Sheriffs do not interpret the law nor do they make the law. Their job is to enforce the law. Medical and community health experts are not as divided as Sheriff Bianca tries to make it appear here and there are clear examples available to us both at home and abroad that show us what happens when we ignore the medical experts or try to take laws into our own hands as Bianco seems to encourage.
Do your job by enforcing the laws. If you want to write laws or interpret laws, then run for office or get a law degree to become a judge. In the mean time, do your job- enforce the law.

Sheriff Bianco, you have shown us time and time again what a great leader looks like! You stand in the gap for all of us residents of Riverside County and become our collective voice where others fail. I am proud of the work you are doing and the clear message you put out of your office! Thank you for solidly doing your job. You have our respect and 100% of our support. I can only imagine how much pressure they are throwing at you. Thanks again for your broad shoulders to stand firm for the Civil rights and liberties for all here in Riverside County! You Sir, make the difference!

Merry Christmas to you and your family and to all of the officers Stay Safe we need are Police to stay safe and healthy and everyone one else

Thank you, truly an amazing sheriff, person and leader!

Wow, what a great guy. God Bless you sir. Thankfully I do not live in California, but certainly admire your outlook and the will to (of course) put your job in jeopardy for speaking the truth.
I wish the Sheriff of ALL the counties would stand up for their employees and the citizens of said county.

We did it in Australia closed our borders stopped people flying all over the place and we have very small amount of breakouts and stay at home .

I used to live in Apple Valley, California. I love and respect all First Responders. Thank you up speaking up and for your love of office.

Good for you, Sheriff! We, the people, are tired of his attitude of elitist privilege.

THANK YOU SHERIFF BIANCO!!!! Very well spoken and we appreciate all your work your office does for their residents!! This is great leadership

I don't live in that county where that sheriff is. But I think he's doing a wonderful job, him and his deputies. And Merry Christmas to you and all of your deputies and your families. I live in Arizona.

Thank you for speaking up and saying what we all know is the truth about our governor and the way he is using the police and others for his dirty work. Now his children have been exposed. It is hitting home. ๐ŸŽ„๐Ÿ˜ท๐Ÿ˜ท

Excellent!! Thank you for standing up and doing the right thing!! Merry Christmas!

Every day we are reading that another officer has been shot. There are those that have fallen so far into evil that shooting one that would intentionally 'work' to save your life is beyond comprehension. The Devil IS running to and fro. We Must use our Power of Prayer and ask our Heavenly Father to awaken those – that are so full of hate and rage – to His word. I pray for this officer's healing, and that he and his family will feel God's comfort as well as His peace.

Many prayers and blessings to Officer Pugh. I hope you have a speedy recovery. Also prayers for all the law enforcement officers out there. Be as safe as possible. Thank you all for your service.

โ€œWHY I’M NOT ENFORCING HEALTH OR OTHER ORDERS

While I remain in quarantine, there seem to be those (including from the Governor’s press conference today) who can’t resist connecting my contraction of Covid with my official position of not utilizing armed officers to enforce emergency or other orders. Two distinct things.

I have enacted dozens of measures inside our department to keep our employees and the public as safe as possible, including mandatory mask policies. I am responsible for the welfare of over 2,000 employees. Despite those measures, because of the inherent nature of the necessary work we do, the possibility of contracting the virus is an ever-present reality. I personally have not engaged in any reckless behavior, I generally always wear a mask in public, I don’t engage in activities over the recommended numbers, or dine out when it has been against the rules. Three things, incidentally, we know others have done but been lucky enough to escape infection. Also, every one of my public statements on the matter have urged compliance with ALL safety measures. But alas, I still got Covid, not through some high-risk, flagrant disregard of guidelines, but at work. Though some would like to blame me, and as savory as it would be for some to do so, one would similarly have to blame all 14 million Americans that have contracted the virus, not to mention hold almost 300,000 people responsible for their own demise. That certainly defies logic, and is borderline evil.

Now to my refusal to enforce directives–and they seem to come from everywhere. From public health officers who may not be doctors, from various elected officials, though they are not lawyers or court officers charged with guarding the Constitution, and from unelected bureaucrats who are neither elected by, nor accountable to, anyone. The primary reason is practical–we don’t have the staffing. We still do all the same types of things we have always done, and we don’t have additional time or staffing to take on more.

The second reason requires more introspection. There exist serious questions of Constitutionality, probable cause, and reasonable suspicion that guide our actions as law enforcement officers. We can’t guess, we can’t be wrong, and we can’t take the word of politicians, bureaucrats and health officials that they exist. The legislature is charged with enacting laws, yet these groups want to create ‘laws’ that have the same force and effect.

And even if they were enforceable, what level of force would be appropriate for officers to use to enforce them if folks resist compliance? And what if there is tolerance for SOME violations but not others–say a social justice protest versus a wedding? What if a public official violates them, as we’ve seen on the news, should they be arrested? Should violators be cited at the scene and left to continue violating, or should they be booked into jail? Should we use law enforcement to shut down businesses? What level of investigative resources should we dedicate to determine if somone is out of their home for an "essential purpose"? There are clearly more questions than answers.

As for me, one Sheriff in one jurisdiction, I’m not going to put my officers in that position. I am going to encourage folks to continue to call us when they need us, and assure them that we will show up and help in whatever way we can to make the situation better, not worse. I am going to continue as I have from Day 1 of this pandemic, educating folks when necessary so they can continue to make the best decisions for their and their family’s safety.

I hope most folks can respect that.โ€

Thank you for understanding. Why go after local small business they just work hard to feed their family . The business didn’t spreading the virus because there are guidelines to follows. People just need to take responsibility when you sick stay home , don’t go out there with someone you don’t know , wash your hand and wear your mask when go out then everything will solved the issue. We can’t sit in fear to closed everything.

Need more of them to start standing up and saying enough is enough and not use the Constitution as toilet paper.

Thank you, sir!!!! I'm so elated each time I see a sheriff stand firm on his or her platform to uphold our constitution and the rights we as Americans have. My family prays for all LEO that are having to navigate these crazy times!

Completely agree, you have swore an oath to uphold the Constitution not to run around at the whim of these hypocritical dictators. Stay safe, stay sane, stay strong #backtheblue ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

I agree 100%!! Thank you for focusing on the real job of enforcing actual laws and protecting the innocent. I don't live in your jurisdiction, but I wish I did.

Thank you sir for being realistic, practically sensible, and constitutionally abiding leader and citizen.Prayers for healing and protection! Precautions are needed and a must with the use of common sense and science.

Thank you for sharing. I have great respect for our law enforcement community and appreciate the risks you take every day. Until the general population takes personal responsibility to follow guidelines, we will not come out of this. Thank you all for your service. Stay safe out there.

Good for sheriff Jones. We’ve been “used” long enough by Newsons administration. When he can’t live by what he tells us to do, we’re not listening.

Yet again police are in an impossible situation. The same people calling for them to enforce “rules” are not only breaking them themselves but calling for defunding. Feels like we are living in an alternate reality at this point.

That sure sounds reasonable to me. I don't understand how anyone could even imagine that law enforcement would have the staffing to do much of anything when hundreds or thousands even don't follow the rules. We need you there to perform law enforcement duties. My family supports all law enforcement agencies/officers.

Thank you, Sheriff Jones, for all that you and your deputies do to keep our communities safe. Thank you for being the voice of reason and standing up for Sacramento. You are appreciated!

Most of us now are aware of all these mandates of business closures are not of concern for being at risk, it’s about taking our God given freedom away and abusing their power to control. Because at some point you have to use common sense. Something at the moment our governor and these health officials have nothing of.
Thank you for protecting us, thank you for your service.

Well said Sheriff. I’ve often thought why do they allow all the protests but not a wedding. Just doesn’t make sense. Thank you for all you and your officers do. You just don’t get enough thanks but too much criticism instead. Stay safe out there and again THANKYOU!

Outstanding Sheriff Jones. You're just opening up liability for your Department if your deputies were to attempt to enforce this "Health Order." The man himself does not subscribe to the rhetoric he spews. May your Deputies stay safe and God Bless.

Thank you! These closures and lockdowns are just more political shenanigans. That’s why we can’t understand the actions when related to what has been learned about this virus. COVID-19 you’re being used. First to justify universal mail in ballots. Now to create nationwide fear to stop people from going out to vote in Georgia’s senate runoff elections and redirecting focus away from presidential election lawsuits.

Thank you, Sheriff Jones for using your common sense approach and thank you for your transparency regarding your personal experience with COVID. I stand behind our law enforcement and I know from many friends in law enforcement that domestic calls are possibly the most volatile for our LEOs to have to respond to. Add a situation where the public is just trying to exercise their constitutional rights and navigate an egomaniac governors mandates and these ridiculous situations that we could be putting our LEOs in by trying to control instead of allowing our citizens to use their own common sense and the outcomes could become very tragic. I appreciate and support you all (LE) and everything you do out there to keep us safe. We're all adult enough to handle the rest! God bless you and get well!! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ’™

I can respect that and I respect you. People need to take responsibility for wearing masks, washing hands, and social distancing. It's such an easy thing to do.

Well said, Sheriff Jones! The hypocrisy of Governor Newsome is appalling. What he is asking our LEO’s to do is not constitutional and would further damage the relationship with the public they serve. If the Governor wants compliance, he needs to set a better example.

Thank you for being the Voice of Reason. This whole "lockdown " has gotten out of control! The police should not be expected to shutdown businesses or arrest people for not wearing masks, they have more important things to do.

Good for you Sheriff Jones! Stand your ground and most importantly get better soon!

I like this man. Anyone that stands up for his people is ok with me.

Most laws in this country have two things in common, they were enacted by either a legislative body or voted by us. And also they have a penalty listed. This sheriff is awesome because he sees mandates missing these two very important distinctions.

Love you sheriff!! Thank you for being fair and reasonable and for upholding laws as they should be!

Smart man! He has more common sense than these dictator governors and mayors have. They need to get real, and stop lying to us!

Thank you Sheriff !!! Reasonable and common sense it what people need right now since none our politicians can offer that comfort.

Father, be with her fellow officers who are struggling from her loss. Please protect them, for they direly need you by their sides. Lord, please hear my plea… in your Son's most holy name… Amen

God Bless those who gave all for the Community's they Serve.
Back the Blue

The black line represents the ultimate sacrifice made by a fellow officer. Law Enforcement agencies observe death of a fellow officer in this way.

The young children officer that passed so sad…

Back the blue.

One comment.. at first glance that black line looked like someone was crossing out your badge.. just me talking..๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปโค๏ธโค๏ธ๐Ÿค

Why is the badge crossed over? I don't believe in defunding the police or any of that other BS

God bless you PCSO

So sorry!

Take the black line off; it’s wrong.

Yeah what does the line represent?

TO PCSO AND ALL THOSE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT, PLEASE KNOW THERE ARE MANY MORE AMERICANS WHO STAND WITH YOU THAN AGAINST YOU.
THERE ARE MANY WHO WILL TAKE UP ARMS IN SUPPORT OF YOU AND TO HELP SAVE YOUR LIFE.
THERE ARE MANY MORE OF US, YOUR SUPPORTERS, THAN THERE ARE OF YOUR ENEMIES.
EVERYONE, IF YOU SUPPORT LAW ENFORCEMENT AND ARE READY TO SUPPORT THEM, SHARE THIS WITH EVERYONE YOU KNOW.
ALSO PLACE A ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป AT THE END OF YOUR SUPPORT STATEMENT.
MAY GOD BE WITH EVERY OFFICER, COVERING THOSE OFFICERS WITH THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST AND KEEP THEM SAFE. AMEN๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿป

Take off black line
